Positive: A nicely renovated studio. Handy to everything. Reasonably priced. Dod friendly. Negative: Uncomfortable leather lounge with sagging cushion on one side, resulted in a sore back.

Luxe Gem Positive: Great place to stay in Maroochydore. Quite and conveniently located, this little treasure will not disappoint. Walking distance to shops and restaurants with off street parking available. Welcoming environment with luxurious touches make this a super comfortable stay. Great communication from owners makes booking easy and stress free. Incredibly clean and tidy, we would definitely stay again. Highly Recommended!

Positive: Lovely flat, comfortable, clean, excellent location, lovely hosts Negative: There's no insulation at all in the ceiling, so sounds are audible from upstairs flat. That's usually ok, but one night there were people walking around All Night with noisy shoes, dropping things, moving furniture or something heavy, doing the washing all night long, in and out of the ranch slider. It was awful. Owners spoke to those people, so there was no repeat next night, everything was peaceful. This place is very lovely in every other way, but that was a drag
